Reports To: Kids Club Director
Summary:
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for the safety and well-being of children in the Kids Club. They will create and implement activities that are age-appropriate and fun, and ensure that the environment is clean and safe. The ideal candidate will be a patient, enthusiastic, and creative individual with experience working with children.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise children in the Kids Club, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and stories.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the Kids Club.
- Administer first aid as needed.
- Communicate with parents about their children's activities and progress.
- Follow all Kids Club policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience working with children.
- CPR and first aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and creativity.
