The Organizational Readiness Training Lead designs, develops, and delivers programs that improve organizational effectiveness, including organizational transformation, leadership development, team building, employee engagement, and continuous improvement specific to the ERP Transformation Project.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the team to provide continuous improvement through training and education.
- Conducts periodic training needs analysis to ensure alignment of program content and organizational needs. Continuously reviews curriculum design and course development to ensure orientation and management development programs are in alignment with business objectives.
- Serves as project manager, overseeing training plans, resourcing, delivery, and sustainment, specific to the ERP Transformation Project.
- Analyzes on-going assessments to identify various needs and trends and customizes targeted programs to address opportunities for improvement.
Education:
- High School or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- Three years of experience preferred.
