2024 Campus Supplier Process Engineer

Working closely with our product developers, we select and monitor vendors and suppliers who can meet our high engineering and quality standards. In addition, we perform regular auditing and undertake design and development engineering assignments to develop new products or update existing products. We’re also experts in establishing systems and procedures to enhance overall quality.

What you’ll achieve
Our Supplier Process Engineering team delivers the good quality performance of device suppliers and enablement of new suppliers to support Dell Technologies supply chain and system manufactory. Our team conducts the quality knowledges and tools to support supplier issue solving as well as quality strategy plan implement.As a Supplierprocess engineeryou will be responsible for device process capability enablement and products quality management.You will work with cross function team including design engineers\procurement\ project engineers and solution provider& suppliers etc..
You will:
Lead supplier process audit and qualification and drive supplier’s improvement actions for findings.
Contribute ideas to drive the innovative/optimize supplier manufactory process solutions for notebook commodities.
Improve supplier capability for quality plan/quality assurance/control.
Drive supplier to solve quality issue via quality knowledge and logical thinkingto mitigate schedule/delivery impact
Join and provide feedback for supplier manufactory information with cross function teams and support Device team’s projects.

Essential Requirements
Master's degree in scienceandEngineering and expect to graduate between 2023 June to 2024 June.

Fluency in English writing/speaking
