About the Role
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) whose goal is to ensure smooth and timely implementation of our projects, and hence to contribute to the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring and closing various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Break projects into tasks and set time schedules
Identify resource requirements and assign tasks internally
Monitor projects progress and produce required reports
Establish relationships with customers and communicate with stakeholders
Manage and control project costs
Identify potential risks and address proactive actions
Oversee project procurement status
Qualifications and Working Experience
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT, or relevant field
Working experience in a similar role will be considered a plus
Proficient in English and Greek
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience in PM Tools will be considered a plus
