THE ENTOURAGE GROUP, a renowned hospitality company, is seeking an HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation management, and file maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
- Creating management reports to give an insight into the HR status for managers.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating and managing HR-related documents and spreadsheets.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive HR information.
- Work a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week, spread across 5 days.
